What are my invoice payment options?

We invoice on the 1st of every month. You can pay your invoice by Direct Debit and Credit/Debit Card.

 

We recommend a Direct Debit as it’s the quickest and easiest way to pay your bill. Once set up, you don’t need to worry about missing reminders, calls etc.

If you have access to the self-care portal, then you can pay any outstanding invoice using a credit or debit card via the "Pay Bill" option displayed under your list of invoices on the "Summary" Page. 


You can also pay via Credit or Debit Card over the phone by calling 08003101010.
