How do I record calls?

No hardware or software installation is required and the service can be activated within just a few seconds. The service is fully scale-able for any size of organisation can record multiple sites, offices and even home workers, which is ideal for dispute resolution, staff training and quality control.

Call recordings can be delivered by email or held securely within our hosted cloud environment. Recordings can be played back through a standard web browser or program such as Windows Media Player or iTunes.
